Training

Amanase Chocolate School

Amanase is the first formal chocolate school in Ghana. Here, we create training positions for young people and impart craftsmanship, knowledge, and perspectives. Every praline also stands for learning, qualification, and a fair future in the country of origin of the cocoa.

Our products are manufactured in Ghana – close to the source of the cocoa. This means short supply chains, a genuine connection to the raw materials, and more value creation on-site. At Amanase, origin is not a marketing promise, but a lived practice.
